New home Owner Move-In

Are you getting ready to move into a new home?  Have we helped you stage to sell a move, and now you need help staging to live?  Let StageRightTM be there to set the furniture in place, hang window treatments and wall art, place accessories, etc.  We are available to help alleviate the stress of moving while maximizing the comfort of your home.  We want to make it possible for you to move quickly get on with your life!

Open House and Special Events Staging

StageRight will work with your real estate professional to plan and hold your open house or special event.  We will create elegant yet comfortable spaces that appeal to potential buyers.  Upon request, we can even arrange “themed” events for open houses and arrange catering, floral arrangements, and even entertainment!

Staging Consultations and Home Assessments

After making an appointment, StageRightTM will perform a consultation and home assessment lasting around two hours (depending on size of the property).  Our staging professionals will evaluate your home from outside-in, providing a comprehensive room-by-room assessment.  We will provide specific recommendations for preparing your home to appeal to the masses.  Our detailed analysis will include suggested prep work (such as de-cluttering, packing and touch-up painting, etc.) as well as the actual staging.

Some sellers choose to implement the Assessment suggestions themselves, but most choose StageRightTM to perform the Home Staging Enhancements for them.  We are more than happy to work with Sellers and Real Estate professionals in EITHER capacity.  Whatever the choice, Sellers will be “upstaging” their competition by preparing their homes to appeal to a greater number of prospective buyers early-on in the sales process.

Tele-Coaching and E-Coaching Services

Sometimes life gets crazy, and sellers or agents would like advice from StageRightTM experts, but getting together is difficult for them.  By popular demand, we have developed our tele-coaching and e-coaching services which are inexpensive and very effective.

This is a GREAT service for do-it-yourselfers who simply need direction.  We will provide sellers and/or their agents with comprehensive instructions for prep work, furniture acquisition or removal, décor adjustments, painting recommendations, and other aesthetic suggestions.  We will include our packet of Home Staging tips and information which includes Vendor alliances who provide goods and services at a discount for StageRight clients.

Retirement Down-Sizing

As if selling isn’t stressful enough, moving to a “smaller” home creates another layer of difficulty.  StageRightTM has vast experience working with seniors who desire to stage their existing home to sell, while deciding what to keep, purge, and/or move.   Our professional stylists are able to help home-sellers prioritize for showing, while also planning for the set-up of their new living arrangement — whether it be new home, apartment, retirement community, or assisted living facility.
